I am first and foremost a yoga teacher. I have recently qualified as a Counselling Practitioner, specialising in grieving, trauma and loss. Having lost my father at a young age. I have learnt that trauma and grief are not something to be fixed.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
After setting short term, medium term and long term goals. Together we create a plan making sure that the exercises included are enjoyable. Because if you do t enjoy the exercises, you won’t do it. I can also create a nutrition plan if needed.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and discipline. Don’t give up. You may falter, but just keep going and you will get there.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people become confident physically, mentally and emotionally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a PT, Yoga and Pilates teacher when one of my best friends was diagnosed with cancer. I realised that life is very short and we need to do what makes us happy.
Why should our clients choose you?
All of my training has come from my own experiences in life. Having 4 children. I learnt how important it is for them to have tools which help them become calm and confident. My Cancer training was for my friend and mother. Menopausal yoga was for me. As was training to be a somatic grief therapist.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes I can provide all of the services online. I have a private fully equipped studio where I can teach and carry out somatic therapies online. I am also able to offer face to face sessions in Radstock, near Bath, Somerset.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During my yoga classes and group programmes I have limited numbers, so that I am able to check that everyone’s form is correct.
1-2-1 Yoga
I have trained in various fields of yoga, from Hatha, Children’s, Teen, Menopause, Senior, Chair and Yoga for Cancer.
With well over 500 hours of training you will be in safe hands what ever you ability.
Personal Trainer
I trained as a PT over 6 years ago.
As your PT, we work together as a team, setting goals, and working towards those goals. Whatever your health and fitness level. Working online, at your house or in my private studio near Bath. My nutrition and fitness expertise will get you to your goals.
Somatic Grief Therapy
‘Somatic’ means held in the body.
After losing my father at a young age, with no one there to guide me with my grief. I have learnt that grief is still a taboo.
I trained as a somatic grief therapist over 3 years ago. I now run Mindful Grieving Community Programmes. Which is a 6 week course held either face to face or online. I also run
1-2-1 Somatic Grief Therapy face to face at my studio or online.
The therapy is there so that you to can tend to your grief with love and kindness, allowing you to release the constriction held in the body.
We talk about tools that will enable you to integrate your grief into your life.
