Do not use these guys under any circumstances. I spent $10k on a Navien tankless heater that has broken three times. The first two times I paid the repair costs in full. The third time (in six years) it flooded my basement, caused $50k in restoration damage and forced me, my wife and 3 little kids out of home for months. All I asked for was a discount on the full repair bill. I was paid lipservice: "doesn't look like Navien will warranty, but I do need our bill paid" - really? After seven years, what a surprise! Today the bill was sent to credit collection. I paid your collection agent today - the day I received it - rather than spend the time and energy to take you to court. But I do feel better having written this review. And hopefully someone else can avoid your "service".PS: Your spelling of my name in your reply below is likely the kind of 'attention to detail' that caused me three floods. More...

We have a rental property in North Vancouver and had always used a 1-800 type plumber. On the recommendation of a friend, we hired Tap Roots and were impressed. The pricing was better and we found the service to be about the same as we had gotten before. We got same-day service for a water heater repair and we were charged exactly what we were quoted.
