Edi is really a fantastic trainer. If you're serious about reaching your goals, no matter where your starting point is Edi will ensure that you reach them in a fun and sustainable way.
A lot of personal trainers will push their clients too hard needlessly, and that's not sustainable unless you're a serious athlete. In only 4 months Edi guided me to achieve the following:
- Losing 12kg
- Re-building muscle after having lost them after an accident
- Changing my relationship with food and training, I'm still losing weight and building muscle effortlessly 2 months after reaching my target.
- I can now do 10 wide pull-ups without ever having done any before in my life
Basically, Edi takes stock of exactly where you are and where you need to be - every step of the way he focuses on perfect form so that you don't get injured and so that you get the maximum from every rep. He's taught me that it's better to do 1 perfect rep, rather than 10 imperfect reps. I spent my 20's working too hard and partying just as hard, in just a few short months Edi has been instrumental in reversing all of the damage and now I'm enjoying a fitter, balanced and healthier lifestyle.

I have always exercises regularly but found myself not making progress and lacking in motivation. After working with Edi for 2 months and following his guidance on diet I have reduced my body fat by 1%, improved my 5k time by 50 seconds (now 20. 41) and increased my 3 key lifts by 5%. Now I go into every workout with a clear plan of what I am trying to achieve in that workout and how it fits into my longer term goals. In addition Edi introduced mobility drills into my warm up routine. Working from home, wearing loose clothing and enjoying summer in the garden resulted in weight gain.
