Colin came to the house with tile samples etc and made it very easy for my Mum to choose her new bathroom. A few weeks later the bathroom fitters arrived and they were great. Would highly recommend using Colin for bathrooms. Its always difficult knowing who to trust with completing work in your house but with Osprey I have been so impressed. Colin was brilliant with making suggestions for changing the layout. He was in contact with us throughout the whole job. The guys managed to rip out a main bathroom and ensuite and completely revamp them within 5 days. They were fantastic. All guys turned up when they said they would. I am delighted with the professionally-delivered workmanship of the installation team. They completed the job in the promised timescale, (3 days) barely stopping for a break. Any changes to expected arrival times were telephoned through to me. The materials used are of excellent quality and the work was completed courteously, followed by a thorough clean-up and explanation of the working of the shower & radio. Very poor workmanship tiles replaced many times due to water damage. Expensive floor tiles cracked due to water damage. Owner saidbdont have the tiles any more so we are left with a mess 5000 pounds we have a pump we were talked into buying doesnt work and you need the cold tap on to make it work so disappointed.

I arranged with Colin to bring our ensuite bathroom into the 21st century.I had assumed that he would merely replace like for like. How wrong I was! His ideas for improving the layout were absolutely spot-on. His fitters, Jim and Terence and his two expert tilers were also right on the money. The whole job was completed in four days despite the snow and icy weather. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. What would with your average bathroom company be charged as extras (for example fitting accessories) was thrown in as a “freebie”.I cannot speak highly enough of Osprey. I have now arranged to get the main bathroom completely modernised by them and will probably get them to do the kitchen also once finances have recovered a little. On that subject, I have to say that the price quoted was significantly below that of other companies’ quotes. In all, extremely good value for money and a splendid and imaginative job done seamlessly and without doubt producing the required “wow” factor!UPDATE - JUNE 2018I would now like to provide an update to my earlier review.Having been so delighted with the standard achieved by Colin and his boys when they installed my ensuite bathroom in January, I got them back to replace my main bathroom and my downstairs loo also.Jim, Colin and the two expert Greek tillers (whose names I cannot pronounce!) have now made a fabulous job of these two rooms also and at a very competitive price.Full marks to all concerned. Start off by saying I can’t quite believe the transformation!! Stunning , modern , beautiful are the only words that come to mind when describing our new bathroom. We are over the moon and are in love with it. Everyone on behalf of ospreys from colin giving us the original quote , Jim & Terry who grafted like I’ve never seen before and the lovely tilers who I missed as I had to work but were as equally as reliable , hard working and pleasant as Jim An terry me Debbie & Sophia would just like to say a big THANK YOU!! The work was carried out within a few weeks of tender. Jimmy transformed a grim 90s internal bathroom into a bright modern shower room, which I cannot spend enough time in now.
