Too often homeowners are left with unfinished projects and need more money to finish the job after being let down by the builder. I realised that the biggest issue was a lack of project and contractual management. Most services can be performed remotely with the exception of building surveys, snagging surveys and schedule of condition surveys. If a site visit is not required, the service can be provided either online or remotely, however, we are always happy to meet our clients face to face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All operatives travel with hand sanitiser, which is used before entering a property. If the client requests it, face masks and shoe covers have also been made available to our Surveyors to prevent the transmission of Covid-19
