Genevieve and Phil helped us out at a very difficult time, turning a dangerous building site into a beautiful home. Our previous builder had left the project in a terrible state, months over schedule. The guys took over where the cowboys left off and the difference was totally night and day. They took a great deal of stress out of the process with their reliability, top notch communication and all round honest approach. On top of this their input on design decisions was priceless. Foreign Bear Studio couldn't have been more helpful, creative and professional to work with. Right from the start, they knew everything about the pre planning and the planning application process, which made the whole process stress free and clear. I trusted them on every piece of advice and recommendation they gave. They had a way of being able to deal wth any worry or query with ease and tact. The design was done in a way that listened to what we wanted as well as giving expert advice and coming up with beautiful features and ideas that brought our dream home to a standard I thought was only possible in design magazines, all the while meeting our budget and aligning with our personalities. Their expert knowledge on lighting and interior design made the drawings come to life in the most beautiful and atmospheric way. Their build team was very easy to work with, found creative ways to deal with anything unexpected that cropped up and always met deadlines. They were clean and polite, hardworking and again good communicators. There was open and honest communication throughout. As well as being highly professional , they are so personable I missed them on completion of the build.
