Above and beyond customer service at it's absolute finest, very reasonable prices, and most importantly, very knowledgeable plumber, which put myself and my partner at ease, as we had a carbon monoxide alarm and it had sounded the alarm for CO detection, which meant once the gas board came out to do their checks and then advised us to shut off the gas, meaning we didn't have heating or hot water, and that we needed a gas certified plumber to come out ASAP, so I searched online the next day, and came across Ivan the amazing guy he is, he went out of his way to come to our home to help us, did all of his checks and answered all of my questions, honestly Ivan was amazing, and it's so good to get this type of service. Thank you so much Ivan!!
