Excellent and thorough service all round, Described our options clearly, demonstrated certain aspects of the products, and without a hard sell.
We were unable to proceed with our conservatory for now, but are so happy with our new windows that we wouldn't hesitate to return as a customer when we're able to.The fitter/installer was terrific too - very hard working, friendly and was keen to do an excellent job.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the project to its full conclusion from its initial concept. My favourite part of the job is visiting after completion to see dreams fulfilled, take photographs and of course thank customers personally for their business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a sole trader with the UK's largest home improvement business behind me I wanted to seek my own direct customers giving me more control over geography and time spent with the customer. I now have far better control to deliver the levels of customer service that I would hope to receive myself, with the flexibility to work from the home office as well as visiting more local projects personally.

Replacement architectural service
Often people are unaware that they do not need a full and costly architectural service. I produce the professional design to your specification for single storey extensions, conservatories, orangeries and their upgrades - for free! For that part of the service there is no charge whatsoever.
Complete build with Planning, Building Regulation and other approvals services
Should you decide that we are the right company, with the right product, delivering the right service and at the right price, then we will carry out your project in full from planning, building regulation and waterboard approvals to the final build. This leaves you only to choose your preferred local supplier for the final floor covering, plumbing services and decorating.
Guttering, fascias and sofits
When considering an extension or its upgrade can be an economically prudent time to tackle the replacement of old and leaking roof trim. Securing the integrity of the roof over your head provides complete peace of mind for years to come. Doing this later can considerably escalate scaffolding and access costs.
Replacement windows and doors
These are often an area forgotten when upgrading your home with an extension. We can also provide a complete replacement service for windows and doors on the rest of your house.
