they contacted me via whats app. unsolicited. and offered me money for following their customers on instagram and so on. apart from the fact that i find unsolicited contact questionable, i find this whole system with fake followers and bought reviews morally questionable. it's probably common practice, but i think it's my right not to like it. and if they're already doing this for their customers, then you have to wonder how many of their reviews are honest opinions. sorry mates, you're probably doing a good job in your field, but writing to people unsolicited and the whole system of buying followers and reviews is just rubbish. Very bad experience with this company. I am writing this to warn other small businesses to save their money. I hired this company for a "minimum"package of 300 pounds per month. This is a lot for a small company. I was made to feel like this was a deal of some sort. I was told I would get two posts per week within this minimum with various other promises like help with videos and editing, posting trends, etc. This ensued to me that I would be called, contacted, met with, etc. Out of five months, they posted 20 posts, or about one post every other week. One post they made sent out three posts all at once. The first month of service, not one post was made. The written posts were all misspelled and mis-punctuated, but then the corrections took over a week to be re-sent out, further delaying posting. I would then complain on our "WhatsApp" group (our one source of communication), and get a response a couple days later saying it had been posted, or that "something was wrong within our nautilus system". All really a circus. We had one initial zoom meeting, and the rest of our communication was on a WhatsApp group that went days without a response. I never met in person with these people once, which was a real mistake on my part.The whole reason I hired this company was to help with social media instagram marketing as I am too busy to post as often as need be. I did not realise at the time I needed to chase them to work with me. The instagram account gained 20 followers in five months. Tom is now sending threats and trying to sue me as I am refusing to pay for services that were not rendered and terms that were breached. Please be aware of their false claims and promises.
