I had a great experience working with Nathan. As a beginner, I found him to be incredibly supportive. He provided excellent advice on technique, ensuring I felt confident and safe doing new exercises (both in our sessions and on my own!
). He provided multiple alternative exercises to accommodate my own gym equipment. I always felt encouraged, motivated and pushed to the right limit in our sessions and I appreciated his expertise. I really appreciated that he encouraged me to set a goal for our time working together that was not based on aesthetics - this gave us a good focus for our time and meant I was able to move from doing 2 pushups to 12 pushups in just a few months!
If you’re starting out on your fitness journey, I’d highly recommend Nathan - he’s a fantastic PT who genuinely cares about his clients progress!

I have been training with Nathan for 3 months and have really seen the difference, I feel stronger and happier!! There are a few exercises that I have struggled with as I have a few physical issues but he has help me address and adapt around them.
I'm very good at losing motivation and half-arsing things too but Nathan finds a way of bringing me out of it and making me put the effort in whereas PTs in the past hadn't cared. Mainly by listening! I like to find out what a person wants and why they want to chieve their goal. This is so that i can help them to achieve thier goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and discipline. There are no short cuts in life to achieving fitness goals unfortunately. My job is to make it easier.

Boxing tutor
I am a qualified boxing tutor and offer 1-1 training to build you up from the fundamentals. Boxing is a great option for building strength, stamina, coordination and confidence. Lessons will include learning stances, footwork, correct technique and defensive training whilst still providing an all encompassing workout.

As a Biomechanics Coach I use a simple and logical screening process that detects abnormalities and weaknesses in the bodys intrinsic movement. This helps me find out what is going on inside with regards to muscle spasm, nerve impingement and general mobility.
