What do you love most about your job?
I love the opportunity to take the time to get to know my clients at their own pace, and to explore their needs and concerns in detail with them (as much as they feel is safe to share with me), so that nothing is missed that could make a difference to helping them to better understand, manage and overcome their mental health difficulties / challenges. I love seeing my clients grow and develop as we work together therapeutically, to explore their life challenges, empowering them to either acquire, develop or enhance the skills needed for their recovery, healing and wellbeing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am keen to increase the opportunity to work with more individuals outside of the NHS, to address their mental health needs and concerns, and provide them with the opportunity for healing and recovery in a holistic, therapeutic and psychologically safe space. I am highly passionate about striving to make a difference to people's lives, working in collaboration and partnership with them at all times.
Why should our clients choose you?
My aim in therapy is to encourage a strong sense of hope, optimism, self-identity, belonging, and self-compassion in my clients. I have a unique approach to healing, wellbeing and recovery which provides a safe, therapeutic, honest, non-judgemental and empowering space for clients to explore their challenges, needs and concerns.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I provide remote therapy either via telephone or video consultation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always encourage Covid-19 safe approaches, and sharing of information on staying safe as needed.

I am very passionate about, and committed to supporting clients to meet their goals and fulfil their aspirations, addressing the impact of their mental health condition/challenges on all aspects of their daily life, and their ability to function day to day as they would like. I offer practical / life skills coaching, and / or psychological intervention (CBT, DBT, Biopsychosocial, Recovery), using a holistic and compassionate approach to ensure that all challenges are explored and understood, working with clients to overcome barriers to living a meaningful life. My aim in therapy is to encourage a strong sense of hope, optimism, self-identity, belonging, and self-compassion in my clients. I have a unique approach to healing, wellbeing and recovery which provides a safe, therapeutic, honest, non-judgemental, and empowering space for clients to explore their challenges, needs and concerns. I am committed to supporting the people I work with to lead a healthier and more fulfilling life. Exploring the impact of a person's mental health on their physical health is also an area of interest for me. Therefore where needed, I support clients to address overall lifestyle and nutrition factors that could be affecting their health, wellbeing and recovery. My approach with my clients is always person-centred, and my focus at all times is on what is important to them, helping and supporting people to navigate and overcome the challenges that they are facing.
