The LVL lash lift was a complete waste of money, failed to lift my lashes. Max left lash tint All around my eyes including cheeks. She scrubbed so hard to remove it burnt my skin and left soreness for a few days. Extremely unprofessional and lack of skill. House was not fit for a salon - room was full of clutter, looked dirty and was not relaxing. She tried to shove her AVON products in my face constantly trying to upsell!! AVOID!!!! More...

Hi Layla, We are sorry that you did not enjoy the treatment. Everything seemed to be in order when you left the premises & you did not complain once about what you have written in the review. In fact you were pleased enough to let me take a before and after picture, which clearly shows the treatment was completed to a high standard. As for the Salon description being misleading, it is clearly stated on the business page that it is a home based venue. After your request for a refund, I offered to take a look and to do the treatment again for you for free, which you declined. With regards to a refund you were informed to contact treatwell as payment has been made through them and they would have been able to help you. I even tried to contact them on your behalf and have tried everything to get your issue resolved. At Naaz Beauty we take our clients seriously, are professional and caring and provide a high quality service that our clients love. This is shown by the many 5 star reviews we have received.
