I wish I knew Odysseas before !
An MRI revealed that I had a knee condition and at the time I couldn’t even bend them without pain. At 27 I thought my passion for sport and running was over ! But Odysseas built me a customized program, and every week I was gaining in range of motion. We were tracking how my body felt, how I was fueling, how I was sleeping and my cycles. All this combined and the unbelievable knowledge and coaching skill of Odysseas made me completely pain free and I ran my first 10k in a year feeling amazing !
