Jason came and sorted out a problem concerning Mole hills that were appearing all over my lawn. Jason followed up my online request immediately and fixed up a site visit. Got to work immediately upon arrival. Was very knowledgeable, courteous and mapped out a plan of action and associated costs. Jason came round the day after I phoned and proceeded to dispatch a large hornet’s nest in my loft. The nest was extremely inaccessible so he had to put on protective gear and destroy it in the lift itself, a scary prospect. He could not have been more professional or efficient- or helpful. I called on Sunday to ask about a wasp nest removal in the loft. We only just realised it was there ! Probably didn't expect a reply. But got a call back within half an hour. Came the day later and sorted it, despite crawling through a really tight loft entrance. We cannot expect anything more efficient and professional than that. So we are well satisfied. More...
