After seeing what a great job these guys did renovating the house next door, we used MKB developments to install patio doors where a window once was.
The lads have done a fantastic job, the patio doors look great, they are very knowledgeable and very tidy!

I had the pleasure of working with Matt and his team for a complete renovation of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
Matt and his crew were incredibly professional, hardworking, and attentive to detail throughout the entire project.
The work included replacing all the UPVC windows in my house, which instantly brightened up my home. Matt was very knowledgeable, helping me choose the best options for both style and functionality. The installation was flawless and completed on time.
In addition to the windows, Matt’s team also re-skimmed the entire house, new door frames, skirting boards and also new bathroom suite with tiling.
Matt also oversaw the installation of a beautiful new kitchen, which I absolutely love! The design and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and everything was done to perfection.
Lastly, Matt’s team added a small side extension to my home, including a Velux window that has transformed our living room into a bright airy soace. The extension flows seamlessly with the rest of the house and has become one of my favorite places to spend time.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
To determine if your garage is suitable for conversion, I would consider the following factors:
Firstly is it big enough.
Is there enough head height,
Is the garage structurally sound,
Is there sufficient foundations,
Is there enough natural light or can any windows be added.
If plumbing is needed I.e for a bathroom can it be connected to existing drains easily enough.
And can the garage be insulted properly to create it into living space.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Head Height: There should be at least 2.2m of clear height from the floor to the highest point.
Roof Structure: Check if the roof structure allows enough space for conversion without major alterations.
Access: Ensure space for a staircase without compromising existing rooms.
Planning Permission: Check if your project falls under permitted development or requires approval.
Structural Integrity: Ensure the building can support the additional load.
