Mark, Jim and mark were great from the very beginning. They weren’t only great at the work they carried out (which me and Natalie are so pleased with) but were very friendly and easy to cooperate with whilst the work was being done. There was nothing unexplained and the work done was very thorough. As well as this they actually turned up on time (very rare nowadays).
