Services

ADHD informed counselling offers a space to explore your identity, what your diagnosis means to you and for you, and it supports your overall emotional wellbeing. Counselling can be very powerful and affirming. It can help you make sense of past experiences and how they have shaped you, and how, combined with the ADHD symptoms of emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitivity dysphoria, these experiences can have a lasting impact on your self-worth and lead to negative thought pattern.

Grief can feel isolating, overwhelming, and unpredictable, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Bereavement Counselling offers a safe and supportive space where you can express your emotions, process your loss, and navigate life at your own pace. There’s no "right" way to grieve, but together, we can find ways to help you cope and find moments of relief.

Struggling to conceive can bring feelings of isolation, frustration, guilt, and grief. Counselling provides a space to process these emotions, reduce anxiety, and find ways to feel more grounded and supported during an unpredictable journey.

Whether you’ve experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or the loss of an infant, your grief is real and valid. Our work together focuses on honouring your loss, processing trauma, and helping you find your way through grief at your own pace — with gentleness and compassion.

Planning a family, being pregnant again or raising a child after loss often brings a mix of joy, anxiety, and fear. It’s common to feel disconnected, worried, or overwhelmed. Counselling offers a non-judgmental space to talk about those complicated emotions, find support, and connect with your experience in a way that feels safe.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, constantly on edge, or weighed down by sadness, you're not alone. Anxiety and depression can make everyday life feel exhausting and isolating—but it doesn't have to stay that way. Counselling offers a space to explore what you're going through, without pressure or judgment. We’ll work together to understand what’s underneath your distress, whether it’s long-standing patterns, recent changes, or a mix of both. In therapy, you can begin to make sense of your experiences, learn ways to manage overwhelming thoughts or feelings, and start to reconnect with yourself and feel more like yourself again.
