I worked with Miriam before signing a franchise agreement as a franchisee. She walked me through the steps of their work, sent me a report with her comments, recommendations and questions to ask before signing and took her time to answer my million questions during the entire process. She also delivered her report ahead of time! It was not the cheapest that I quoted, but it was within my budget and I felt it was a fair and good value price for the service provided. It was undoubtfully that Elise was very professional in reviewing and modifying commercial lease contracts, she was very patient in listening to my requests and expectations, and then negotiating with the landlord's solicitor for the best of best interest. The response time was very quick, too. Overall, I will hire Elise as my solicitor/advisor next time when I need to sign an important contract.
