What inspired you to start your own business?
Mark Lambert Consulting was born out of a frustration with inefficiency and a passion for helping businesses grow in a practical, no-nonsense way. The inspiration came from a few key moments:
Seeing Sales Teams Struggle – Too many businesses had sales teams that were underperforming, not because of a lack of talent, but because they didn’t have the right training, processes, or leadership. Mark wanted to change that.
Bridging the Gap Between Tech & Sales – Many IT service providers and tech-driven businesses lacked a clear strategy to sell their services effectively. Mark realised there was a need for someone who could translate technical expertise into commercial success.
