Mike is such a lovely warm and respectful person to work with. He listens to your needs and request. He also advised when necessary. Michael is friendly, efficient and competent; he was patient with our old and idiosyncratic pipework, and systematically solved all the issues. He didn’t try to up-sell us more than we needed, but looked for the most economical way to solve the problem by identifying what parts were still sound. Also his rates are reasonable, so the final cost was more manageable than we had feared. After the job was finished, he came back immediately when we found a small outstanding issue. Michael is a very obliging, accommodating and helpful person. He is open, honest and polite.

We had our bathroom adapted with new fixtures and fittings, but kept the original tile work and flooring.
This in itself wasn’t an easy task and created additional problems along the way, when things were removed and uncovered.

Michael approached the job in a calm, professional way, dealing with every hurdle as he came upon them.

Mr Michael Powell, of M. Plumbing Services, is without a doubt, the most professional Gentleman I have had the pleasure of meeting. He quite literally rescued me from a nightmare situation when TWO toilets incredibly broke within days of each other!
