They changed the train to Southend Victoria from platform 10 to 10a and not showing anywhere in the communication channels. No lift working 10A and not possible to find it. We had to carry our buggy via steps in the cold and rain. Worst service. They have changed the platform in the last minute to Platform 10 and then back to the 10A. Get a grip. Really annoying. Stick with one platform. Infants and old people have to run between to platform on a Sunday night at 10Pm More...

Soe of the TFL staff are lovely people but I am FED UP of trains not running every weekend from and to Romford. It's ridiculous. I often finish late/early hours of the morning and as a lone woman being stuck in Newbury Park because buses stop at midnight and trains aren't running, I feel highly vunerable. I thought the launch of the Elizabeth line would make things easier, not everyone works 9-5pm monday to friday and yet nearly EVERY WEEKEND THIS YEAR trains aren't running. More...

A pretty good overground train station that would be good for a day out and it serves many lines such as tfl, Greater anglia, Elisabeth line, overground etc. It's got 6 platforms and it now runs the Elizabeth line to Paddington, Heathrow and Reading and that train is the main one I use now. Not a bad station, it does get rather busy due to the location and what it caters to. There are a few things nearby, so perfect for a day/night out.
