Errol and his team carried out a complete refurbishment of an outdated bathroom into a new and beautiful shower room. Every item was ordered, delivered and fitted by them. Luna Renovations has been impressive from start to finish. From the start, Errol followed up with me from my Bark enquiry, listening to what I wanted, not being pushy but helping me to design and budget for what I wanted. Work commenced ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. The level of quality and attention to detail was better than I expected. If something was installed and it the corners didn't perfectly line up, the team noted and fixed it. The level of communication throughout the project was EXCELLENT - I received videos and pictures every step of the way as well as "sign off" calls before any decisions were made - which may sound obvious but unfortunately it isn't. When the project finished there were a few things that needed to be patched or fixed and my fear was that the builder would say "that is your problem" but instead I was told for any work done I had a "lifetime warranty" and that it was important to deliver to above standard. I'm so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of Luna Renovations. I couldn't be more pleased and will always recommend their work to any friends. If you want the cheapest builder don't work with them as they won't be the cheapest but if you want quality, on-time delivery and communication then these guys are the best people to work with. The job was to fit a new electric hob in our kitchen which involved adjusting the cut out in the worktop and a false drawer front where there used to be controls. I don't write many reviews but it was important that I write this one
I spent about 3 weeks going through quotes and after much deliberation went with Luna Renovations. This choice was based on cost, communication skills, a realistic timeline, and Errol’s responses to silly newie questions. Errol was very thorough and explained the whole process, made suggestions, and used his connections to secure discounts. Errol took over the logistics and kept me informed by mobile, WhatsApp, emails, videos, and pictures. He provided solutions to all my snagging demands and overall did an excellent job.
