Helping others that need it most. I enjoy caring for others and the social aspect of care. I love talking to the families of our clients and getting to know them. Spending time and seeing our client improve and live a quality life
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own business as I have been working in the care industry for most of my life and wanted to start my own business and help others.

All our staff and carers are trained to the regulated requirements on Covid-19

The Range of Qualification for Personnel supplied by the Agency:-
1. A minimum of twelve months experience in the particular field of work or any related area
2.NVQ 2 and/ or NVQ3 in Care
3.GCSE Ordinary Level plus at least 6 months’ work experience
Type of Settings in which staff can be supplied :-
1.Private Residence
At LIFE4EVER H.C.S Ltd we have care co-ordinators and managers who meet service users prior to commencing service, to agree the care needs requirements of service users and assess each individual before service is offered including aspects such as when the service will begin and the times, frequency and duration of care to be provided.
The Carers and Health Care Assistants that LIFE4EVER H.C.S Ltd employs are trained, supervised and supported to provide a quality service to a wide range of people who need care and support whilst living in their own homes, ensuring:
• We treat our service users with respect and value them as a person, and their right to privacy is upheld.
• Service users are assisted to make their own decisions and control their own lives and are supported in maintaining their independence.
• All service users are treated equally and are protected against any form of discrimination.
• A service user plan is produced through consultation with each care user, including information about care needs, wishes, preferences and personal goals.
Key personal care support is provided with:-
-Dressing and undressing
-Bathing, washing, shaving and oral hygiene
-Toilet and continence requirements
-Manual handling
-Preparing meal and Eating meals
-Handling personal possessions and documents
