We are following all government guidelines and we are keeping all our customers up to date to the latest advice & guidelines from the government. We are also working very closely with our customers (partners) to ensure that their needs are met.
End of Tenancy
Our end of tenancy cleaning is a specialised and comprehensive cleaning which covers the property entirely. The cleaners will focus care and attention on heavy duty areas like the kitchen, wet rooms, traffic zones like hallways, staircases and front door area as well. For specific cleaning requirements, the tenant should inform the workers before the cleaning, and they will make sure to deliver those appropriately.
The landlord or letting agent, in most cases, would provide a detailed checklist to the tenants, delineating the cleaning chores expected to perform. With the document available, our cleaners will take care of the items listed there.

The cleaning teams know what needs cleaning! Easy! We work with trained and qualified cleaners, exceptionally skilled in pre and after tenancy cleaning.

The cleaning often includes additional cleaning and support tasks to be undertaken in addition to the central core contractual cleaning duties. The provision frequencies implemented may vary from daily to weekly, monthly or even annual deep cleaning, and undertaken on a regular basis.
All these requests and requirements will be formalized in a contractual agreement, and follow precisely within the contract validity.
RESIDENTIAL CLEANING
Here are some examples of priority areas our cleaners can focus on:
Clean and polish all surfaces of all rooms, taking the dust off sills, skirting boards, picture frames, doors, handles, light switches, furniture, blinds and etc. General vacuum and under rugs, sofa/cushions, and beds. Changing bed sheets if necessary.
On the Kitchen, clean all surfaces wiping down appliances. Drawers and cupboards doors inside/out. Clean hob, sink, buff tap, removing all limescale and grease.
For bathrooms and toilets, our staff can scrub the bath or/and shower glass and disinfect toilet bowls, removing all limescale. Clean sink and taps, buffing and removing all limescale. Wipe down all surfaces, tiles and mirrors.
