KS Contractors - completed our renovations to perfection.

What a lovely family of builders, truly offering the personal touch.

We knew from the first phone call with John and then the in person meeting with Kev and Kev that this was the team for us. Extremely professional, friendly and genuine people. Gave great advice and design ideas that were put into place to make our tired house into a new home, bringing our original ideas from when we bought the house to fruition and making us fall in love with our home again.

KS Contractors, made our once difficult to access attic room into a beautiful study area and ante room quiet area, where we can work from home, enjoy hobbies or just take some time out of busy lives to reflect and chill. They added a much needed proper flight of stairs and did all the needed alterations to make it look as though the stairs and rooms had been there from the start, including rescuing our bespoke coving (brilliant job Kev).

They are still to come back and work with us on our design for the staircase spindles and handrails, slightly delayed from our side due to personal unforeseen circumstances that occurred during the project.

The guys have also transformed our kitchen / diner by adding some beautiful bi fold doors, to finally give us a view of our garden, lowered our knock through room ceilings and added some spot lights, which again makes the room now feel as one and not two separate rooms.

Again we are going to be inviting them back to complete the kitchen refurb once we have decided on how we want to use this new space with all the extra light the bi folds bring.

We cannot thank the team enough. They worked with us through difficult personal times and kept us sane throughout the whole journey, with their singing and banter. Our thanks go to them all, John, Kev, Kev, Tyler, Tom and Tommy (Tommy we will miss your singing).

We would highly recommend this team and will be keeping their contact details in our phones as our go to builders in any project we take on next.
