Turned up in time done job as asked no problem

Kruger Plumbing Ltd responded quickly to my post on Bark for a bathroom fitter to replace/remodel my small bathroom.

Everything from start to finish - coming out to quote, providing tile samples and talking through what was possible in the space - was just smooth and easy with Byron's knowledge and expertise, and I got everything that I asked for (even a little more space and a secret cupboard! ) and all work was completed in the timescale set.

Byron is very professional - arrived early every morning ready to work and I was confident he had a plan every day for everything he was going to get finished, then cleaned up and left work area tidy which was great, as my house isn't the biggest. I was also very grateful that he responded to my questions in the evenings once I got home and was able to see that day's results.

I won't lie was nervous using a company I had no recommendations for (except for the reviews on Bark) but I needn't have worried - all works were completed on time to a good standard and I am beyond pleased with the results and would not hesitate in recommending Kruger Plumbing to anyone.

I needed help to replace a radiator. Byron contacted me after seeing my post on bark. He came next day to review the work and quoted the job. Unfortunately that’s where the good things end. He was supposed to come next day to replace the radiator but didn’t answer my calls/ text. Texted later that he will come next day. Next day, again ignored my calls and text. This happened for few days and wasted a week. In the end I gave up and hired another plumber. Can’t comment on the quality of work as he never turned up to do the job. Contacted me directly minutes after I posted the ad. Showed up for an assessment and come back the next day. Finshed the job promptly. Very satisfied.

Was given a quote back in Nov 22. Start date 5th Dec 22 Then informed he had covid twice. In the meantime a review posted on 26th Dec 22. So clearly not the case. Then on separate occasions give other start dates. Called and messaged not responded to. Finally managed to speak to Byron, asked if he still wanted the job. His reply was yes. So given a start date 12 Jan 23. No show, no call, no message. So clearly has strung me along. Appalling way to treat customers. Not even an apology. Definitely wouldn't recommend More...
