I had KDF come and replace my shower which had a broken base. Kiernan came out and quoted me, arranged the parts through a local bathroom company which we got to see and confirm the pattern panels we wanted, he removed the old unit, built a new base for the new solid base, fitted the new unit and new shower. Throughout the switch he kept me informed as to progress and when he had to wait (ie when base had to sit and when panels needed to dry/stick), he was polite and professional the whole time. Very happy with the outcome and now have a bigger more solid shower with drencher shower head too. Will be getting quotes for future projects too. More...
