Garage Conversions
We have just had our garage converted into a home office and we are absolutely delighted with the results. The team arrived early every day, come snow, rain or shine and transformed the space in double-quick time.
Karan was on site every day either pitching in or checking on the work and now all we have to do it buy desks and move in. Thanks to the team for such a great job.

We just finished a rather large extension on the back, side and a dormer extension. Karan and team were absolutely fantabulous in completing the job on time from start to finish. I have to say that Karan's workmanship and attention to detail are really commendable. He is so dedicated and flexible to adapt to your needs and all at a reasonable cost. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
We highly recommend a personal visit ahead of concluding if a garage conversion is suitable for a clients home.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Garage conversions are quite simple, however the design and integration with the existing living areas is highly important and often overlooked by others.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Most important factor is to have enough head height for the loft to be converted into a habitable space. You need to have min 2.2m height from the bottom of your ridge to the top of your ceiling joist.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
It’s involved installation scaffolding, preparing the existing roof and remove part from the roof or all the roof . Installation steel beams as per specifications and start installation new floor joists .
Starting building new Dormer and start exterior cladding with new tiles , also starting and finalising the flat roof in GRP .
Start all internal partition work prior electrical installation and plumbing .
Dry lining and skimming, carpentry work installation new stairs access in new Loft and bathroom starting tiling ..
