Sam and his team have just recently completed a loft conversion and extension to our bungalow. We came across Sam by chance based on reviews and reputation, and after meeting him and understanding how he would do the project, we competitively tendered to him against two others and he was more cost effective. Despite having the wettest July on record, Sam completed the project to a high quality and was courteous and proactive throughout. He was very responsive and was always available to help throughout. Sam’s supply chain and subcontractors were also very friendly and we had no issues. We’re finishing minor bits of the property now and will definitely approach Sam again in the future for further works. We would highly recommend. More...
