Working with JCM installations ltd has been tough. Their communication style is rude and that’s if you get a reply. It took Justin over 4 weeks to do 3 half days of work with most days being given the promise of them turning up to wait all day for a no show.
The guys working for Justin were very good and the work carried out was fine and did the job. We were working to a deadline of exchanging and completing the sale of our house but had to get extensions on mortgages because JCM couldn’t keep to their timing promises. On top of this, the day the works were finally finished we were then harassed with phone calls and messages for payment immediately. I would not recommend and won’t use again.

From the outset, we were clear that this job would need to be worked around our existing commitments, but we still ensured the work was completed on time, allowing you to proceed with your exchange. We understand that this was a stressful time for you, and we appreciate the challenges that come with such situations. While we always encourage open communication during a project, we weren’t made aware of any concerns at the time. We would have welcomed the opportunity to address any issues immediately. Additionally, we offered to support your legal matter with your surveyor, which we understand contributed to the delays. Regarding payment, we had agreed that it would be made upon completion of the job, but unfortunately, it was withheld due to a brief delay in removing the scaffold. Despite this, we acted quickly to arrange both its installation and removal at short notice. Please be assured that JCM follows clear and professional payment terms and always aims to handle such matters fairly and respectfully.
