How long have you been in business?
JB Maintenance and Construction Ltd is Josh's newest business venture. However, Josh hold over 15 years experience within the trade business and as a business owner; allowing Josh to retained many loyal customer over these years.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We are proud to offer guarantees with both our labour and selected suppliers. Confirmation of this will be provided on acceptance of our quote and will be dependant on what work is undertaken and what supplier is used.
What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of any job is seeing everything come together. Whilst our high standards of work is best described as working progress our client's reactions to the end finish is priceless and most definitely our favourite bit.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Joshua's construction background and reliable business connections allow JB Maintenance and Construction Ltd to provide an A-Z on all building services for all domestic and commercial clients needs.
Some of Josh's fondest memories as a young boy stem back to helping his family members who also worked in trades. Building is something Josh took to at a young age so it made sense to peruse something he was a natural at but also loved to do!

Whilst we often need to visit the property for a clear picture of what is wanted, what is needed and whether the request can be completed - we do provide all of our paperwork online.
We offer a free quote service which is sent usually within 48 hours of visiting the property.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take all aspects of health and safety very serious and ensure that all guidance and rules are followed, whether this is additional PPE, distancing or any other necessary protection.
Carpentry
All Carpentry services undertaken including windows, doors, fire safety, internal fixtures such as skirting, moulding, architraves and staircase.
We also offer a joinery service.
General Building
All general building works undertaken including brick and block laying.
Plastering and drylining
All aspects of plastering and drylining work including common requests such as stud walls and plastering rooms or repair to walls.
Handyman
We have a fantastic team who are able to help with domestic DIY projects and maintenance of commercial premises.
Roofing
We are able to meet all roofing needs whether this is repair, construction of new roofs or alterations.
Extensions
We have years of experience with constructing single storey and multistorey extensions from start to finish. This includes groundworks, building, roof work and inside finishing work such as boarding, plastering and decorating.
Our service extends to all sizes and budgets.
Renovations
We are happy to create and improve existing structures. Whether it is giving your home a new lay out or fresh look we are happy to help. This may be a conversion of a garage, attic or any other room in the home or office space.
Bathroom and Kitchen Fitting
We have a team who can provide a full service of all kitchens and bathrooms. We are happy to provide bathrooms and kitchen if require but happy to provide a fitting only service to our customers.
