Jamie was excellent for the duration of my project. Always arrived early and not one of those builders who insisted on leaving early.
His mentality was, that if it was feasible and practical (re weather etc) he would stay and get as much done in a day as possible.
The building work he did for me - a nine-foot high garden wall and additional features - was excellent. He saved me money by reusing 99% of my suitable Edwardian bricks and left my (and my neighbour's) wall looking spot on.
Give him a clear description of what is reqired and he will serve you well.
Also a nice bloke.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Firstly you would be checking the garage for structual strength , checking the foundations . Usually if they have been there longer than 10years , the foundations would need underpinning or the garage would need to be rebuilt to current regulations .

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes if i dont own it , i use hire equipment , which is definitely more efficient incase of any machinery failure , they come and fix or replace the equipment, usually within hours .
What guarantee does your work come with?
My work will come with a guarantee , i cover the first 12 months , then warranty company (i can provide quotes ) will cover the customer for a following 9 . (This applies for new builds , commercial projects and extensions )
What inspired you to start your own business?
The bad workmanship i was seeing made me want put of that kind of organisation, and do my own version , better , more prode and customer service .
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a pride worker , i build everything as if it was mine , this way i know i couldnt have done any better , leaving customers satified .

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Before All visits i use sanitiser , and also offer to wear a mask and keep 2 m distance if preferred.
