What do you love most about your job?
Ability to translate customers aspirations into practical solutions, by meeting the brief of the customer, to achieve their optimum outcome. Work satisfaction is a key element of my role which I consistently achieve by respecting the customers home, working in a tidy controlled way and delivering a quality finish to my work, no matter how small or large the job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having the time to commit to quality work, whilst achieving the very best for my customers, rather than mass production and working on large sites . Work has always been forthcoming based on reputation, positive customer satisfaction reviews and feedback.

Confirming any appointments in advance, whilst checking customer's in the household are well. By conducting as much of the process on line via TEAMs and or by phone. Demonstrating good hand hygiene and clean clothes when visiting customers and respecting distance, personal space and any personal requirements of the customers. ie the request to wear a mask
