What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about my work and working for myself allows me to put all of my attention and effort into each case instead of having to compromise my work to hit sales targets.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am independent, I am very experienced in conducting interviews, investigations and writing comprehensive evidence based reports. I am ACAS trained and follow ACAS best practice as failure to follow this can lead to a 25% uplift in costs at Employment Tribunal. I'm friendly responsive and very aware that workplace investigation needs to be prompt and responsive due to the stress it can put all parties under. I am a chartered member of the CIPD.

Both - I prefer face to face hence the only extra cost is travel, which is free within a 25 mile radius of YO8.
Workplace investigation
ACAS trained, qualified and experienced workplace Investigator. For Gross Misconduct, Misconduct, Whistle Blowing, Grievance Investigations. Independent and confidential. Indemnity insured.
Equality and Inclusion training
Qualified Equality and Inclusion trainer. Available for one to one specialist training following resolution of grievance or misconduct investigation. Also can provide large group training or leadership training on all aspects of the equality act and Inclusion in the workplace.
Independent Chair Disciplinary hearings
An ACAS trained independent chair for workplace disciplinary meetings and hearings. This is particularly useful for sensitive hearings, small businesses who may feel they lack a truly independent person to hear the evidence, or those cases involving senior management within businesses where independance of hierarchy is crucial for neutrality. Fixed low fee service.
