Mike was quick to contact and arrange to visit to sort out our flea problem. Knowledgeable and put our minds at rest! He helped with the moving of heavy furniture and kept us updated of progress on first visit. Came back for 2nd treatment as agreed and had followed up with us. Very impressed and would highly recommend. I called Saturday and spoke to Michael whom arranged to come round on following day (Sunday) to assess , fill any holes and lay traps. We had been suffering with fleas in our house from our dog for about 6 weeks, done a few smoke bombs that we got off Amazon with no real effect. Spoke with Michael on the phone a few times as I had loads of questions and he was more than happy to answer them. Wow what can I say. Michael is a rock star. His service from start to finish was on point. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, he spent time on the phone before our appointment explaining everything.
