Dear Nicky, I am writing to thank you and your team at Hoopla Property services for the fantastic job you did with replacing my existing hot water cylinder and cold water tank with an unvented dual gas/solar feed cylinder for hot water and central heating. Andy and Ross were a pleasure to have around the house although they spent most of their time in the loft and when I eventually got to see what they’d been up to, I was absolutely amazed at the quality of their work. It looks fantastic and I am delighted with the efficiency of the system and the endless amounts of hot water. I have to also mention how impressed I was with the neatness of their work, the care they took and their attention to detail. They left my house tidier than it was when they arrived, every day! I will not hesitate to recommend Hoopla Property services to anyone who needs your services and I feel so happy knowing that I can rely on you in the future when my next plumbing project arises.
