Unlike many other PT's that complete a 6 week course online, I have been working in the industry for 10 years and training for almost 20!

In addition to completing a degree in Sport & Exercise science, I have spent thousands of hours coaching people of all backgrounds and ages, with different goals.

Services

My 1-1 Personal Training is a completely personalised programme for you. The process can be delivered both online and in-person (the main difference being that in-person I will be there with you in the session)

The process is as follows:
1. Initial assessment - find out your background, medical history, goals, obstacles and how I can support you.

2. Health & Fitness MOT - Find out where you are at right now with your health and fitness. We will look at different areas from your body composition to CV fitness and muscular strength (this will be tailored to your age, background and goals)

3. Goal Setting & Plan Formulation - We will work together to formulate realistic goals for you to work towards and I will explain how the programme will be specific to you.

4. We will work through your custom plan, making adjustments where needed to ensure you are progressing and happy.

The programme will be tailored to you and your goals.

If you are interested in learning how to box and developing your boxing skills as well as fitness, I can offer you personalised boxing coaching to help you progress.

Sessions can be 45minutes or 60minutes in length to suit you.

The sessions will involve:
- Warm up
- Technique development
- Pad work
- Fitness and conditioning (as you wish)

If you find that your nutrition is the biggest limiting factor when it comes to:
- Having more energy
- Improving sports performance
- Losing weight or adding muscle

Then this service is for you!

1. Assessment
I will send a questionnaire for you to fill in which we will then discuss together.
I will identify the obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your goals.

2. Plan Formulation
We will work together to build a plan, which might consist of:
- Improving habits
- Nutrition education
- Recipe and nutrition plan

3. Check ins
We will have check ins to ensure you are making progress and the plan is working.
