Karl is lovely and so easy to have around in the house. Tidy, efficient and helpful and has completed the job exactly as we wanted within the time frame he initially set, at a really decent price too. Couldn’t ask for better!

I am very happy with the bathroom that was built and how it was built! Karl worked very professionally, keeps the space clean, was mindful of the noise where reasonable and overall was very good at communicating and accommodating which was helpful as I am working from home. Throughout the whole time he kept me up to date with any decisions that needed to be made about design, materials or any changes. I had a specific budget and he really respected both the timeframes and the budget. It was a realy pleasure to work with someone so professional. The bathroom built is of really high quality with excellent finish and clear attention to detail. We were oh so fortunate to have Karl project manage our flat renovation. If you want your job done like yesterday then Karl is perhaps not your man. This is because he takes great pride in his work and he strives to ensure that even the smallest of things are done correctly. As a result his work is of an extremely high standard.

In simple terms - Karl was brilliant. He came into our job on the back foot; our builders walked off site leaving us and our small kids in a very vulnerable position. Karl arrived the day after they left to get our essentials up and running (dishwasher, sink and kitchen tap). He then spent his Saturdays, the only time he had left to fit us in, plumbing in our radiators. This was no easy task given the appalling way our previous builders had installed the pipe work. He never gave up, despite the many, many challenges their poor workmanship presented. I can’t recommend Karl enough. He will go above and beyond in every respect. Karl was the lead Project Manager on a major refurbishment of our building. The building is nearly two hundred years old and needed major work that included all aspects of building refurbishment including re-plastering, electrics, new bathroom, bedrooms, hallway and kitchen. Karl managed all processes from design to final fit out. The project had to work to a tight budget and Karl worked very closely with us to ensure all options for design and materials worked within budget which was brilliant. We engaged Karl to undertake what initially seemed a simple piece of work to replace a shower tray in an ensuite bathroom. This quickly escalated into a more major piece of repair work. Karl was really clear in communication with us of the issues he had found and worked with us to establish solutions and to carry out the remedial work as quickly as possible. He flexed his schedule and worked outside usual hours so as to complete the work given it took longer than originally forecast. It was a challenging space to work in and at times the work was frustrating but Karl maintained a cheery disposition and was thoughtful and careful in his work and communication with us and we were more than happy to have him in the house.
He completed the work to as high a standard as possible given the challenges of the repairs needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would be happy to work with him again in the future
