I had my old bathroom taken out and a new one installed.
Firstly, this was a seemly easy journey. Mike and the team knew exactly what they were doing and what was needed.
Their attention to detail from the initial appointment to the end of the project was outstanding. They helped with ideas given i am not so creative.
By the time they were done, i couldn’t believe my eyes. I’m forever grateful for meeting and choosing the team.
To think i got a cheaper quote but my instinct went with the team and i am glad i listened.

Required a full bathroom refurbishment urgently, as it was in a horrendous state and was delayed further due to the pandemic.
Was in search of a company who could do the job efficiently to bring it up to a decent standard, with functionality and safety being the main focus.
Timescale was crucial, as previous tradesmen/companies failed to deliver or created further issues in the long run.
Came across Hart and Hales on both Bark and Check a Trade which gave further reassurance that they were as stated and they were experienced in the plumbing/gas side of things and would get to the root of it and not just on the superficial level.
Turned down several other individuals/companies, who may have been established for much longer, but were giving timescales that seemed unrealistic and kept focusing on design and installation.
Initially, it was cosmetic but after the team ripped out everything, they discovered the extent of the damage to be far superior than anticipated. Several issues were discovered, which in fact was damaging the property itself, and devaluing it along the way.
There were many challenges which lay ahead but they were all overcome successfully.
Mike took lead of the entire project and did so with such vigor and determination from day one, and could be left to it, always explaining reasons behind things before carrying out any work and giving a fair price on any extra work.
On too many occasions, he went the extra mile when it was not required and gave up much of his time. He and his team members also worked when temperatures peaked and carried on working. Even giving up their evenings and weekends. They were determined to get the job done!
Cannot thank them enough! The team were also a cheerful bunch on the whole.
Hart and Hales were conscientious and considerate of the needs of the household, and the only trades people who cleaned up after themselves.
The end result: EXCELLENT!
I hope all future customers receive this postive level of service and care. As a young company, I do hope they continue to thrive, grow and stay true to these core principles and wish them success.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Myself along with our installers have over 20 years experience sub contracting for a company which predominantly worked on large sites. Due to the nature of our work and the skills and certifications we hold we take more pleasure and pride in supporting clients in the domestic environment and offering the hands on approach from start to finish. We pride ourselves on our work and the client base we our building. For the reasons above we have decided to step away from the sites and start up our own company which allows to have a more hands on approach and the face to face interactions.
