How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
To create the perfect menu, I start by understanding the client’s vision—what kind of event it is, their style, and any dietary needs. Then I ask about food preferences, number of guests, and how they want the food served. From there, I build a balanced menu using seasonal ingredients and offer one or two options to get their feedback. It’s all about listening and staying flexible
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is creating something that brings people together. Food has this amazing way of making moments memorable, and I get to be a part of that. I also love the creativity—every client and event is different, so there's always a new challenge and a chance to make something special.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to create food my way and build real connections with clients. After working for others, I realised I had my own vision for how to deliver great food and service—and starting my own business gave me the chance to bring that to life
