What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about being an independent travel agent is the freedom to create personalized, unforgettable experiences for my clients. I enjoy the flexibility to work on my own terms, the creativity involved in designing unique itineraries, and the excitement of helping people explore new places. It's incredibly rewarding to turn someone's dream trip into a reality and to know I played a part in their lasting memories. Every day brings a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn about the world, which keeps my passion for travel alive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own travel business because I’ve always had a passion for exploring the world and helping others do the same. After years of planning trips for family and friends, I realized how much joy I found in creating seamless, meaningful travel experiences. I wanted the freedom to work directly with clients, tailor trips to their unique interests, and offer a more personal touch than big agencies often provide. Starting my own business gave me the flexibility to combine my love for travel with entrepreneurship, and to truly make a difference in how people experience the world.

From initial consultations to final trip confirmations, every step can be handled virtually. I also offer travel updates, and real-time support while clients are traveling. This flexibility allows me to serve clients across different locations and time zones, making it easy and stress-free to plan their perfect trip no matter where they are.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The safety of my clients is my top priority. I prioritise booking with trusted partners—airlines, hotels, and tour operators—that have strong health and safety protocols in place. I stay updated on the latest travel advisories, entry requirements, and testing or vaccination rules for each destination. I offer continuous support before, during, and after travel to ensure clients feel informed and secure.
