I wanted 2 bathrooms to be cleaned. I hired Glyme Valley. Faith and Grace were excellent. The standard of cleaning was first class.

Started off ok. However they broke my glass table and lost a bath switch. i was in the house when the table crashed I was upstairs. I thought it was a metal vase but found out the next day it was my glass table. the owner then said sorry I forgot to tell you! She offerd to pay but the words were hollow. she does not have insurance and was asking me to pay another bank account not Glyme Valley. I wonder why? Strange. She then became rude! More...

For our support clients, is to allow them to live independently in the comfort of their homes, in a clean, safe and sound environment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked as an Executive Head Housekeeperin hotel, Cleaning Manager for Westbate Shopping Centre. Over those years, I found that it amazing, but I wanted to give back in my local community, the experience I had gained and to help

We have a dedicated team that are thriving to give their best. We are not just Managers sitting in the office but we also work hands on with the staff, continuing to train, teach and support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide all PPE, these include, gloves, face masks, aprons, hand sanitizers, uniforms, shoe covers
Staff are encouraged to self test at home if not feeling so they don’t get in contact with others.
