An excellent and highly skilled builder who showed great strengths in all areas of the project ; plumbing, tiling , electrical work, plastering , joinery , window installation and bathroom fitting. Giancarlo was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me to select sanitary wear and to find the best prices. A perfectionist in his work , he would re visit aspects that he felt did not look right without being asked eg he re tiled an area that he felt was not perfect.
Altogether Giancarlo has transformed my shabby bathroom into a beautiful and stylish space. Giancarlo’s fees are fairly priced and he went over and above to carry out some work without charge. I had the pleasure of working with Giovanni recently and I must say, he exceeded all my expectations. He tackled the task of tiling my bathroom wall and floor with absolute finesse, leaving behind a beautifully finished result. Not only that, but he also installed a mixer shower, shower holder, new light fitting, and glass bath screen with precision and expertise.

Really prompt, thorough and all together excellent sevice

Giancarlo was faced with a tough challenge (IMHO) of extracting an integrated dishwasher that had been built into the kitchen when it was refurbished. I was impressed with how he tackled things, thinking outside the box. However he did a great job as promised and I'm really pleased with with the result. Giancarlo was prompt in visiting my home and advising on what was required to replace toilets and basins in two bathrooms and lay new flooring. His proposal was very reasonable. He worked long hours to finish the job in three days. His work was of a very high standard and involved, in addition, tiling, painting, woodwork and the putting up of mirrors.
