How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Good communication is adamant to reach goals and a good understanding of how changes in our body happen too. Once the compromise is achieved, reaching goals it's far easier and enjoyable.

Consistency and patience, not hard core trainings.
What do you love most about your job?
When my clients enjoy and see results, sometimes on avenues they didn't expect. Whether is a lack of will, injury, or just to increase performance I love to help people as much as I enjoy achieving my personal goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When you enjoy exercise I'm looking forward to sharing that feeling and showing as well the benefits of it. That's what passion is.
On my own, I can be more flexible when reaching all sorts of people and situations, sometimes at a more private level when necessary.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Can be in person in South West London and online anywhere else, or a mix of both, which provides continuity when, for instance, work-traveling, or holidays. To work online you just need a screen, mic, good connection and some space to work out. You should be able to see your full body on screen. We work over different platforms, such as ZOOM, Facetime, Skype & Teams.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Normal masking when necessary or asked and desinfection of equipment if used.
General fitness
Specific and tailored to move back into fitness if
long periods of inactivity, stressful jobs, family responsibilities, injuries, lack of motivation, etc. have been the norm lately. A gentle come back taking care of actual level, form and time.
Running and jogging technique
Whether a total beginner or a seasoned runner you will find the exercises and routines very helpful in improving your performance and avoid as much as possible injury.
App
A great companion to in-person or online training which will provide you consistency and retention.
Both exercises routine and meal plans are provided.
