Julian did a great job in the kitchen renovation, done to a high standard, showcasing excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, whilst maintaining a professional tone.

At first it was fine, until it wasn't. This was my first project and I felt that Julian took advantage of the opportunity many times. In middle of the contract I had been told that the contract wasn't included any carpeting job, so I had to hire a separated carpenter, even though contract was given to a full design. In middle of the contract he gave me an excuse, now it seems like an excuse after knowing him a little, that he had to go back home to Greece as his friend had an accident , with that slowing the work. Time and time again things were bought without consulting and had to be changed again, making me double, some time triple the amount. His measurements on tiles were way too wrong that when we went to return, even the shop keepers were saying, someone can't measure properly. Many times measurements weren't followed according to the design and we later couldn't finish according to design. Writing this review after 7 months of job complition and now I see the problem in plumbing. I have been suffering from the day 1 but didn’t realise it was because of plumbing that was done, until it was point out to me. Even the electricity certificate was provided under someone else's name, a name of a person that I had never seen on site. All very cow boy work. BIG AVOID. Hi Sam, I 'm really sad that you had to keep it for 7 months. I visited you after the bar was finished in order to replace your owning, which was an extra job, and you didn't mention anything. I think the quote was preaty clear and didnt included chair, stools, tables, sofa, and construction of a bar, which I did with no extra charge. When you build a bar or a restorant, the builder is there to help you with the construction side of the business and not to design or supply chairs, tables , stools, sofa and any onther furniture. I think everyone can understand that. Also, I still have your calls and messages asking me to do more work for you 2 months ago. I dont know why you have so much negativity in you, I wasn't expecting when you asked me to do more work for you and I told you that I cant help you at the moment because I was busy, to take it so personal.But thankfully, there are so many amazing others people that I met on Bark which they have a different opinion from you.
