What inspired you to start your own business?
Serving 7 years in the royal navy then 10 years employed as a refigeration and air conditioning engineer, the end goal was always to work for myself.

We always wash our hands throughout the day and wear masks if the customer requests it.

We will speak with the customer throughout the process.
Let the customer tell us what they would like.
We will ask the customer what the rooms are used for, and the size of the rooms.
We will make a calculation to decide the capacity of the unit required. A survey may be required.
We will request a quotation from our suppliers and send the quote onto the customer.
When the quote is accepted, We will organise a time and date to install the system/s.
We will install the air conditioning system/s, test and commission.
Finally we will demo the air conditioning system/s and show the customer how to operate it.
Air conditioning service

Identify the type and number of air conditioning units that require servicing.
We will send a quotation to the customer.
When the quotation is accepted, we will arrange a time and date to carry out the service.
We will carry out the service, this includes a deep clean of the indoor and outdoor units, filters and coils.
Test/Clean drains and pumps.
Check all operating modes.
Identify any faults, in any so these can be rectified as soon as possible.
Check for refrigerant leaks.
Servicing your air conditioning every 6 months helps reduce running costs and improves energy efficiency.
