I can’t thank Krishan enough! A previous tech made a mess of our boiler so we had no hot water, a leak sprang out of nowhere in our boiler room and our oven wasn’t working (this was a random household issue Kris kindly fixed in a snap even tho it’s not his main line of work ) An Amazing experience with honest and exceptional service. Do not recommend We were very excited at the beginning when Kris could come and service our heating. One day later it was leaking and doing noises it wasn't doing before. He came for a second visit to fix what was wrong after his first visit few days back, charged for it even though it was all a result of his work. So no warranty there. It was still making noises while he was finishing up but we were told that "it would sort itself out" 1 month later we had a new technician come in and he realised immediately that a pump was broken and should have been changed, we did point this out to Kris but he said it was fine. Our only regret is not trusting ourselves as we knew something was wrong with the system and we just got charged for nothing. More...
