FKB Designs are a local family run business, Reece, Aiden and Dad work seamlessly as a team, keeping me involved every step of the way. With their excellent problem solving, nothing was ever too much trouble, unsightly pipes were removed or repositioned. Aiden's bathroom installation and tiling expertise, his intense attention to detail created a flawless finish which exceded all our expectations. We had a bathroom installed by FKB, which also involved making two smaller rooms into a larger one. It took about 4-5 weeks. We are absolutely delighted with our Bathroom refurbishment, designed, supplied and fitted by FKB DESIGNS. The quality of the product/ fittings was top class and the installation itself was first rate. Our fitter was extremely diligent and efficient with his work and always concerned with our welfare - every evening clearing up when he left and always ensuring the availability of the toilet. Scratches extremely easily which is the opposite of how advertised. We don't wear shoes in the house. When I contacted karndean I was given a huge list of things that I shouldn't do so as not to scratch the floor. Simply not fit for purpose. We had it in most of our downstairs rooms, which wasn't cheap. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. More...

FKB are a local, family owned business and they delivered a personal, responsive and timely service every step of the way. In particular their communication was so good - they walked us through every step of the process and were always on hand to answer our questions and help with the inevitable problems which are bound to arise on a major project like a complete kitchen refurb. From our first visit to their showroom in Shoreham we felt they listened and responded to what we were saying rather than giving us the hard sell. And throughout the whole process we never felt pressured to make decisions too quickly or spend more money than we wanted to. I can highly recommend FKB Designs - they listened to my requirements & did their upmost to perfect my new kitchen into a bespoke design - from complete gutting to finished product. Going over & above with extra details to make my kitchen just as I wanted. Always friendly & helpful, tidy & clean, most obliging throughout.
