How long have you been in business?
I have 2 years of experience in social care and domestic help, however, I joined Extra Help pretty recently and established myself as their franchisee in Chelmsford
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
yes if required. we prefer the clients to use their products and equipment however, we could provide better products with the permission from client

connecting people who needs help and who can help.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a housewife a mother a beauty therapist for some time till I accidentally experienced social care during the pandemic, then worked as a carer for a few families looking after them and their households gave me immense pleasure which continues. I joined Extra Help to expand my experience by providing a helping hand in the community both to the clients and the home helpers.
