I highly recommend the services of Debbie. I have received Reiki and Hypnotherapy from her. She is very knowledgeable, a true artist of her craft. She found the root of my problem in places inside me that I did not know even existed. She treated it with such care and compassion. The peace I received only from hearing her voice is something I cherish and gives me confort. She listens and speaks directly to your heart and your soul. I could speak to Debbie all day every day if I could. She listens carefully and takes the time to really understand your situation and provide the most appropriate treatments. She is kind and understanding but not in a ‘fluffy’ way. She will be direct with what you need to do. And I loved that - a No nonsense approach which is what I needed. I needed to hear the truth and I got it. She helped me set realistic goals setting me back on track again. The conversations we had were so important for my growth and I am so grateful I contacted her ... as that was not an easy first move for me. She blew me away with the amount of treatments she can offer- reiki, meditation, hypnosis, therapy , coaching plus many many more. After living with a rather sever phobia and other mental health issues, I came to Debbie with little hope. However I found her very helpful. I started some Therapy with Debbie for anxiety which was causing me problems with sleeping.
Debbie has helped me so much and even after 1 session - I am able to compartmentalise and relax during the day which allows me an undisturbed night sleep.
I also had hypnotherapy for my fear of flying and I’ve eve tried it out after flying on holiday the following day- I can confidently say that I have never felt so relaxed flying.
